Queen’s University is a member of the Russell Group with an enviable research portfolio across a range of key disciplines. We worked closely with their strategic marketing team to identify which areas of research could propel them forward in global rankings.

We cross-referenced REF performance, emerging research themes and previous research reputation results, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of stories and content that could positively influence research reputation metrics.


The result was ‘Our Research Shapes Worlds’ – a highly targeted campaign aimed at international researchers with an unerring focus on how Queen’s are harnessing their interdisciplinary strengths to translate innovative research into genuine impact.

Comprising a series of beautifully shot films that hero the academics themselves, reinforced with static assets and website content, the campaign has succeeded in helping to elevate Queen’s rankings performance, rising over 30 places in the QS World University Rankings 2024.
